Pipeline builder fined $50,000 in North Dakota

  A $50,000 fine was leveled against a pipeline builder in North Dakota after a new pipeline project was constructed outside the permitted route. The Bismarck Tribune reported the fine by the North Dakota Public Service Commission was against Andeavor Field Services LLC.
