Crude oil prices and OK energy stocks recorded gains on Wednesday

  U.S. consumer confidence rebounded this week and on Wednesday, crude oil prices shot up nearly 3%. The gain was also seen after there was a larger-than-expected draw in U.S. crude stockpiles. TC Energy requests federal approval to fully restart Keystone pipeline
