A $50,000 fine was leveled against a pipeline builder in North Dakota after a new pipeline project was constructed outside the permitted route.
The Bismarck Tribune reported the fine by the North Dakota Public Service Commission was against Andeavor Field Services LLC. The PSC called them “pretty substantial violations.”
