Oklahoma AG takes on EPA over ozone emissions rule

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond filed a federal lawsuit against the Biden administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over its rejection of Oklahoma’s plan regarding ozone emissions.
