Crude prices went up in Wednesday’s trading as did some OK energy stocks

  Crude oil prices gained about 1% in Wednesday’s trading while Oklahoma energy stocks had a stronger day with one oil company seeing a nearly 15% gain for the day. Cushing’s buildup of stored crude oil continues to grow

California energy firm acquires 545 wells in Oklahoma and Kansas

  California-based Foothills Exploration, Inc. announced the acquisition of 545 wells and leases in Oklahoma and Kansas and plans to return many of them to production.
