Slight gains made in crude oil stocks at Cushing and US

  Crude oil stocks at the Cushing Hub in Oklahoma and across the U.S. made slight increases in the past week. Cushing gained 300,000 barrels since October 20 when there were 21.2 million barrels of oil in the large storage tanks.
