Governor issues disaster declaration for flood-ravaged Texas County

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has issued a disaster declaration for flood-ravaged Texas County.  Stitt announced the move on his “X” platform. KFOR-TV reports that Oklahoma state agencies are working with local officials to deal with massive damage to roads and homes.
