OGE dividend declared

  A fourth quarter dividend has been declared by OGE Energy Corp. The company’s Board of Directors announced the dividend was $0.4141 per common share of stock. It will be paid on Oct. 28, 2022 to shareholders of record on Oct. 11, 2022.
