Pilot travel centers agrees to fine over water violations

  Pilot Travel Centers and the Environmental Protection Administration reached an agreement in which the firm would pay at more than $121,000 fine for violating the Clean Water Act at its truck stops. Gasoline prices continue falling in Oklahoma

Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa are among those states with the largest drop in average gasoline prices.
