Chesapeake Declares Dividends

Chesapeake Energy announced Friday its Board of Directors declared dividends on outstanding convertible preferred stock issues. Dividends were for stock issued in 2005 and 2010 with interest rates ranging from 4.50% to 5.75%. The company also plans to release its 2018 first quarter financial results before the open of markets on Wednesday, May 2.

A cash dividend for the first quarter of 2018 has been declared by Holly Energy Partners, L.P., operators of refineries in Tulsa and in El Dorado, Kansas. State Regulators Shut Down Disposal Well Following Two Earthquakes

The latest earthquakes early Thursday in northern Oklahoma prompted the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to take some regulatory steps including the shutdown of one disposal well.
