OKC’s Circle K stores bought by Casey’s General Stores

  In a $39 million deal, Casey’s General Stores is buying all 49 Circle K stores in Oklahoma City. Casey’s, based in Iowa has eight existing stores in the metro area and one each in Perkins and Seminole. The Oklahoman reported the purchase is set to close July 31. First lawsuits in Texas are filed over storm gas costs
