Fight developing in Iowa over carbon capture pipelines

Enbridge to build natural gas pipeline to Brownsville LNG plant

  An expansion of Enbridge’s Valley Crossing natural gas pipeline delivering fuel to the Texas LNG export plant at Brownsville was announced this week. Reuters reported U.S. energy company Glenfarne Group LLC stated a 10 mile lateral will be built by Enbridge. Click here for Reuters.

Permian Basin oil production was at a record high pace in December

  Record oil production in the Permian Basin was reported for the month of December and no doubt, Oklahoma exploration companies were part of the reason for it. Crude supply in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico averaged 4.92 million barrels a day reported Bloomberg. Click here for Bloomberg.

Gas wells among Oklahoma completions

  Two significant gas wells are among those reported to be completed in Oklahoma in filings with the Corporation Commission.
