Baker Hughes reports increased rig numbers in U.S.

Denver-based oil rights company withdraws IPO

Denver’s Desert Peak Minerals has withdrawn an Initial Public Offering and instead is merging with rival Falcon Minerals in a $1.9 billion deal. The merger will create a company with a strong presence in the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford reported NS Energy. Click here for NS Energy
