Yup!
It froze in Oklahoma over the weekend.
It was also the forecast from State Climatologist Gary McManus who indicated in Monday’s Mesonet update that there is a chance of another freeze soon.
Before that occurs, we’ll have a warm week.
“Now we go back to the heat of SUMMER Fall before we get to go back to FALL fall by the weekend. Thursday ahead of a front could be up in the 90s for southern OK with some compressional heating (and we all know just how painful that can be) and downslope’ish winds. One hundred? Don’t count it out!”
