Science advisory board says EPA’s WOTUS rewrite isn’t based on science

Oil and gas gross production tax revenue plunges 20% for Oklahoma

With a nearly 20% drop in gross production tax revenue from oil and gas, Oklahoma’s gross receipts to the treasury are back in negative territory for the month of February.
