Dividend declared by Phillips 66

Shareholders in Phillips 66 are getting a 90-cent a share quarterly dividend. The board of directors declared the dividend and it will be payable on Sept. 3, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 20, 2019. The company also declared a 90-cent dividend in early May.
