Four earthquakes have been confirmed in the Eagle Ford Shale of South Texas in the past two weeks. The strongest were 3.1 magnitude, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. TrinityRail to build new maintenance center

The Fort Worth-based Trinity Industries announced that its subsidiary TrinityRail Maintenance Services Inc. is investing $60 million in a 230 acre site for a rail maintenance operation in northern Iowa. Xcel Energy speeds up closing of its last two coal-powered plants in Midwest
