Space Authority to meet next month

The  Wednesday meeting of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority was cancelled. It was to be a regularly scheduled meeting of the board. The next meeting will be held in Burns Flat on May 8.

Environmental group loses in bid to stop Senate confirmation of Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Wyrick

EOG Resources brings in big producer in far western Oklahoma

Houston’s EOG Resources Inc. filed four completion reports in Oklahoma this week and the largest was a far western Oklahoma well with nearly 1,200 barrels a day of oil production. ConocoPhillips to release 1Q 2019 earnings late in April

Gasoline prices soar due to ethanol shortage caused by March floods

Colorado mining company excited about ‘vanadium’ find in Alabama

Colorado-based Westwater Resources Inc. announced it’s beginning a new drilling and sampling exploration plan to find vanadium resources. The company, headquartered in Centennial said it has five target areas at its Coosa Project in Alabama. USDA hands out $485 million in rural electric funding

The USDA announced this week the awarding of $485 million in funding to upgrade rural electric systems and reduce energy costs. None of the funding is going to rural electric systems in Oklahoma.
