Oklahoma City’s Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. announced it has launched an initial public offering of more than 6.6 million shares of common stock. Riley’s an independent Oklahoma oil and natural gas company whose exploration and developments are in the Permian Basin. Williams gets strong commitments for natural gas pipeline expansion on East Coast

Tulsa’s Williams company announced it’s executed binding, 15-year commitments from two companies to transport natural gas through its proposed Leidy South expansion project along the East Coast.
