EPA said to be considering more Biofuels exemptions for small refinery operators

The Environmental Protection Agency apparently isn’t finished with exemptions from the Renewable Fuel Standard for small refiners in Oklahoma and other states. Open season finished on new pipeline for Delaware basin in New Mexico and West Texas

An open season has been concluded by the operator of an expanded oil pipeline system in the Delaware Basin of eastern New Mexico.
