A North Texas Federal Judge has ruled in favor of 137 oilfield workers who sued for unpaid overtime wages from Latshaw Drilling Company LLC of Tulsa. SemGroup wraps up sale of 49% of Maurepas Pipeline

Tulsa’s SemGroup Corp. announced it has wrapped up the $350 million sale of a 49 percent interest in the Maurepas Pipeline. The sale was made to investment funds managed by Alinda Capital Partners.
