After not meeting last week, Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will meet Tuesday afternoon.
The 1:30 p.m. meeting will include a review of the 24-hour signing agenda docket. Some of the issues include an application of Boomerange Wireless to relinquish its designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier on a wireless basis; and a request from the Public Utility Division to employ an independent evaulator to monitor Public Service Company’s request for 1,500 MW of accredited capacity.
The Commission will discuss a proposed final order on a motor carrier citation case.
