Boeing just gave a $100,000 lift to the wings of the Norman Public Schools Oklahoma Aviation Academy.
The company announced the grant Monday evening and made the presentation during a meeting of the Norman Board of Education. The academy connects high school students to aviation and aerospace industries career opportunities.
Boeing stated the donation was the company’s third $100,000 grant to the program.
