OGE shareholders to earn dividend

  The parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company  declared a fourth quarter dividend. The dividend, as approved by the Board of Directors, totaled $0.4182 per common share of stock. It will be paid on October 27, 2023 to shareholders of record as of October 10, 2023.
