The city of Denver handed out millions of dollars in federal subsidies for E-bike users so quickly that it has had to pause the program.
The city’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency announced this week it had to pause the $9 million in subsidies in just six months according to the Colorado Sun.
