In what was not a surprise, Boulder County, Colorado is asking the state supreme court to reverse a lower court’s ruling that upheld a drilling company’s right to drill in the eastern part of the county.
The ruling was in support of Crestone Peake Resource Operating LLC but in recent days, Boulder County officials announced they had filed an appeal with the Supreme Court. They want the Court of Appeals ruling to be overturned reported the Boulder Daily Camera.
