Judge gives Corps 2nd chance to offer oil pipeline opinion

 

 

Native American tribes protesting the continued operation of the Dakota Access oil pipeline near the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota were disappointed as a federal judge gave the Army Corps of Engineers a second chance to determine if the line should be closed during an environmental review.

The Associated Press reported U.S. District Judge James Boasberg gave the Biden administration another opportunity on the issue.
