The 430-mile gas pipeline built by Kinder Morgan to carry gas from the Permian Basin eastward to Houston is fully operational.
The Permian Highway Pipeline stretches from Waha southwest of Midland to Katy, just outside of Houston.
Natural Gas Intelligence reported this week the line was finished by the first of November and should be fully in service in early 2021.
