Small quakes shake several regions of Oklahoma

Minor earthquakes continue to cause shaking throughout Oklahoma with one of the latest to be recorded Monday near Tuttle. It was a 2.2 magnitude quake with a depth of about 3.5 miles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Murphy Oil closes on $1.2 billion Gulf of Mexico acquisition

Arkansas-based Murphy Oil Corporation has closed on its $1.227 billion acquisition of strategic deep water Gulf of Mexico holdings. The company made the purchase from LLOG Exploration Offshore, L.L.C. and LLOG Bluewater Holdings, L.L.C. in a deal announced in April.
