Highway construction projects to slow traffic in some areas of Oklahoma

  Holiday travelers across Oklahoma endured a long list of highway construction projects. New Mexico environmental regulators say majority of Permian Basin operations are violating air quality

New Mexico officials contend that at least 60% of the Permian Basin oil and gas operations they inspected  were in violation of EPA air quality standards.
