Oil flows again in Keystone pipeline to Cushing Hub

As if the Cushing Hub in Oklahoma didn’t already have supply problems, crude oil from Canada that flows through the Keystone pipeline was stalled this week.

It only added to the dangerous levels of crude supplies at the hub.

The flow was interrupted this week and the pipeline remains operational at nearly half of its capacity. The transportation of crude oil was taken offline Tuesday night.

Instead of its capacity of nearly 600,000 barrels a day, the line was moving about 300,000 barrels a day, reported Bloomberg. The news agency quoted people with knowledge of the situation.
