Air pollution violations dating back to 2020 led to a $150,000 fine recently for a natural gas company operating in New Mexico.
The New Mexico Environment Department carried out an inspection in 2020 and found permit violations at the Denton Gas Plant near Lovington owned at the time by Davis Gas Processing.
