EV truck manufacturer cuts multi-million dollar deal with state of Arkansas

  California-based Envirotech strengthened its deal to bring an $80 million EV manufacturing plant to Arkansas with the signing of a $27 million deal with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Supreme Court ruling impacts central Texas power plants

Utility customers to also be hit with millions in fees over storm costs

  Oklahoma customers of four utilities that the Supreme Court allowed to use nearly $2.9 billion in bonds to recover 2021 winter storm costs will be paying millions more in fees.
