Most Oklahoma counties see an increase in jobless rates

The oil and gas slowdown hits Oklahoma’s jobless rates as most counties saw increased numbers of unemployed in December 2019. Despite drop in quarterly revenue, Panhandle Oil and Gas leaders are optimistic

Oklahoma City-based Panhandle Oil and Gas says revenue from its oil and natural gas production in the first quarter dropped 38%, leading to net income of $12.7 million.
