OKC businessman indicted on theft of trade secrets

 

The businessman who started a valve-manufacturing company three years ago in Oklahoma was indicted recently in Oklahoma City federal court on using trade secrets he stole from a former employer to create the new firm.

The Journal Record reported a 35-count indictment named Joshua Decker, 36 of Edmond who is accused of conspiracy and theft, downloading, transmission and possession of trade secrets.
