Flat earnings reported by Seagate Technology

  Seagate Technology reported flat second-quarter fiscal 2020 earnings. With operations in Oklahoma City, the hard-disk drive manufacturer had non-GAAP earnings of $1.35 a share which were down nearly 11% from a year earlier. A filing this week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows New York investment firm BlackRock Inc. now owns nearly 8% of Devon Energy. The filing indicated BlackRock Inc. had total ownership of 29,843,172 shares. But its sole voting power was 25,647,070 shares. Its share ownership totals 7.8% of the Oklahoma City energy company. …

U.S. recorded fewest ever mining fatalities in 2019
