Fight between vertical well operators and horizontal drillers could heat up before Corporation Commission

The Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance is fighting a request by Devon Energy to create a new rule at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. State regulators say Lake Okemah was not affected by December oil pipeline spill
