ONEOK makes filing with SEC regarding executive retirement

ONEOK based in Tulsa says one of its senior vice presidents is retiring. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said Wesley J. Christensen, Senior Vice President of Operations will retire effective March 2, 2019. The notification came in a Form 8-K filing with the SEC.

OGE buys two state power plants for $53 million

  Oklahoma Gas & Electric, the utility subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp. has announced that, pending regulatory approval, it will acquire two existing power plants to meet customers’ energy needs.
