Regulators’ latest non-public meeting

In another closed-door meeting where the public was not notified, Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners discussed the agency’s current organizational structure and performance of roles.

At the May 21 meeting which lasted 16 minutes, the three commissioners, Kim David, Todd Hiett and Brian Bingman also discussed “processes for staff communications/updates to Commissioners,” according to the filing of an Open Meeting Act Exempt Event Compliance Form.

The form indicated the meeting was held in the offices of Chairman Kim David’s Office of the 1st Floor of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at the capitol. It also showed no one other than the three commissioners was present for the non-public meeting and discussion.

The meeting was held May 21 at 3:05 p.m. and concluded at 3:21 p.m. The form was filed May 27 at 10:20 a.m.
