NGL Energy Partners LP plans to release its fiscal year ended March 31 earnings press release at the end of the month.
The information will be made available after the close of market on Thursday, May 29. The company’s managment team will hold an earnings call at 4 p.m. on the same day.
NGL had $14.6 million in third quarter net income, far below the $45.8 million reported in the third quarter of of Fiscal 2024. Its adjusted EBITDA amounted to $147.7 million compared to $151.7 million for the third quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The third quarter results came after the company announced in February it had sold 17 of its natural gas liquids terminals. During the quarter, NGL had a more than 10% increase in its production of water volumes and also expanded operations of its expanded Lea County Express Pipelilne system.
NGL has the largest integrated network of large diameter wastewater pipelines, disposal wells and produced water handling systems in the Delaware Basin. It has other operations in the Eagle Ford and DJ Basins as well as providing logistics services for crude oil through ownership of the Grand Mesa Pipeline System, Cushing terminal and other Gulf Coast terminals.
