First quarter financial results of lithium miner Stardust Power coming this week

Oklahoma’s new lithium refinery developer, Stardust Power, Inc. plans to release its first quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, May 14.

The results will be made public after the close of markets and company founder and Chief Executive Officer Roshan Pujari along with his Chief Financial Officer Uday Devasper will hold a conference call at 4:30 p.m. the same day to discuss the company’s results.

Stardust acquired 66 acres of land in Muskogee and broke ground in January on construction of its refinery. The Connecticut-based company was created in March of 2023 and reported its full year 2024 finances, showing a net loss of $23.8 million. It also incurred a 55-cent a share loss for the current year compared to 9 center for the previous period.

Once the Muskogee refinery is operational, the company expects it will have an anticipated capacity of producing up to 50,000 metric tons a year of battery-grade lithium.
