As Bitcoin soared to an alll-time high of nearly $85,000 this week, in part according to some analysts, over the re-election of Donald Trump and his promise to create crypto-friendly legislation, a bitmining operation supported by the state of Oklahoma is still in the expansion stage near Muskogee.
For now, the 42-acre site is filled with an estimated 40,000 computers run by Polaris Technologies, Inc.
But as Fox 25 KOKH news learned, nearby residents aren’t happy about the noise from the bitmining operation.
