Bermuda-grass farmer Don Eckroat of Oklahoma City isn’t giving up on his fight against a Phillips 66 crude oil pipeline project going through his property.
He’s now complaining how the construction that started in the last few weeks resulted in an 80-foot wide path across his property and also flooding.
KFOR TV News reported in an update on Eckroat’s fight that his lawsuit didn’t stop the project.
