Investors of ONE Gas, Inc. were informed the company’s board of directors approved a quarterly dividend.
The board signed off on a dividend of 66 cents a share of common stock and it will be payable Aug. 30, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 14, 2024.
ONE Gas announced previously that it expects the quarterly dividend to be 66 cents per share in 2024, or $2.64 per share on an annualized basis, with an average annual dividend growth of 1% to 2% through 2028, and a target dividend payout ratio of approximately 55% to 65% of net income, subject to its board of directors’ approval.
