Oklahoma regulators to meet Tuesday

 

Oklahoma’s Corporation Commissioners plan a regular meeting Tuesday at the state capitol where they will deal with more rulemaking, something that’s been on their agenda for the past several weeks.

The 1:30 p.m. meeting will be at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building.

II Discussion, hearing, and possible vote(s) in Case No. RM2023-000017, In the Matter of a Permanent Rulemaking of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Amending OAC
165:55, Telecommunications Service, to clarify and confirm the proposal the Commission adopted February 8, 2024, for rule OAC 165:55-5-10.4 and to provide instruction(s) as to the text to be filed hereafter, in light of the discovery that 11 words of the existing official rule text for OAC 165:55-5-10.4 were inadvertently missing from the text presented to the Commission

A. Briefing and discussion of the Proposed Committee Substitute (2/13/2024 3:16:28 pm) for House Bill 2367 filed in the 2nd Session of the 59th Legislature (2024)

B. Discussion and possible vote(s) on a statement and/or letter or other direction to Commission staff concerning House Bill 2367
