Devon Energy has opened applications for its 2024 grants, dedicated to bolstering organizations that drive progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across its operational areas.
“Devon seeks to help strengthen the communities where we live and work,” said Christina Rehkop, director of community relations for Devon. “The goal of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion grant program is to amplify the voices of those often unheard and empower organizations at the forefront of creating positive change.”
Last year, the company awarded a total of 28 grants across Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming and North Dakota.
Devon’s employee-led panel will review and select applications for funding. The deadline for the 2024 grant application is February 29, and all applicants will be notified of the grant decisions by April 1, 2024.
