NGL Energy Partners, LP, the Tulsa company with a slightly different fiscal year calendar, plans the release of its second quarter earnings report in early November.
Many other companies are releasing their third quarter earnings reports but this will be the second quarter report of the company’s 2024 fiscal year.
NGL’s release will be made after the market closes on Thursday, November 9. It will be followed by an earnings call on the same day featuring the company’s management team at 4 p.m. Central Time.
Investors will be anxious to learn whether the finances improved in the second quarter following a drop in first quarter net income. It fell from $23.1 million in the first quarter of Fiscal 2023 to $19.6 million in the first quarter of Fiscal 2024.
But, adjusted EBITDA improved from $123.9 million last year to $134.7 million earlier this year. The company also saw a more than 17% in adjusted EBITDA from its Water Solutions division.
