A quarterly cash dividend was announced by Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. in Tulsa prior to the release of its quarterly financial report.
The Board of Directors approved a cash distribution of $0.70 per unit which figures into an annual rate of $2.80 per unit. The distribution will be payable on May 15 to all unitholders of record as of the close of trading on May 8, 2023.
The distribution represents a 100% increase of the 35-cent distribution for the quarter that ended March 31, 2022. It is the same amount as announced for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2022.
Alliance plans to report its first quarter financial results on Tuesday, May 2 before the market opens and will follow the release with a conference call starting at 10 a.m. Central Time on the same day.
