The 6th annual meeting of the Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance will be held Thursday, March 23 in Oklahoma City.
It will begin with a welcome reception that evening at the Parlor, 11 NE 6th street starting at 6 o’clock.
The meeting will follow on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 741 North Phillips Avenue.
Following a welcome at 9 a.m. the featured speaker will be Laura Worthen-Lodes, Vice President – Mid Continent Region Altamira-US, LLC. The firm provides consulting, engineering and field services support in the areas of regulatory compliance, DOT and environmental affairs. She will discuss EPA and natural gas regulations.
A mid-morning session will feature Bill Shanahan and Brian Pieri, founders of Energy Rogue, a Denver-based company that focuses energy markets, analysis, financial markets and software engineering.
A legislative session will be held at 11:30 a.m. followed by a luncheon speaker, Keith Sellers, former University of Tulsa Professor of Oil and Gas Law.
Corporation Commissioner Kim David and others with the Commission will speak at 1:30 p.m.
The last session of the day will feature John Slay, OKC Market President at BancFirst.
