Investors in Tulsa-based Williams Cos. await a fourth-quarter earnings report that will show whether or not the company accomplished the same kind of 15% growth it did in in the third quarter.
The company plans to release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2022 financial results on Monday, Feb. 20,2023. Management will also host a 2023 Analyst Day event in New York on Tuesday, Feb. 21 beginning at 7:30 a.m. Central Time.
During the event, Williams’ management will give in-depth presentations covering the company’s natural gas-focused strategy to meet growing clean energy demands. These presentations will highlight the company’s efficient operations, disciplined project execution, 2022 performance and 2023 guidance.
Williams saw a 15% growth in the third quarter earnings released last October. Net income was $599 million or 49 cents per diluted share while adjusted net income was $592 million and 48 cents a diluted share.
Adjusted EBITDA totaled $1.637 billion, up $217 million or 15% over the third quarter of 2021.
“Williams is thriving as demand for our critical services continues to expand, and we are well positioned to excel despite the macro-economic concerns for the broader markets,” stated Alan Armstrong, president and chief executive officer when the third quarter results were released.
